About LibreCAD

LibreCAD is a free, open-source 2D CAD program for technical drawings, plans and diagrams. Its interface will feel familiar to AutoCAD users: layers, blocks, snapping and precise drawing tools for lines, circles, arcs, ellipses and splines.

LibreCAD uses the DXF format natively and can also open DWG files. It saves drawings as DXF and exports to PDF and SVG. The program is light, runs on Windows, Mac and Linux, and is translated into more than 30 languages.
