The game was released in 2011 for PC and Mac and later came to mobile and Windows Store (as "Dragon Tales: The Strix") and Steam (as "Curse of Dragon Mountains: The Strix"). A sequel, Tales from the Dragon Mountain 2: The Lair, continues Mina's story.
