About SumatraPDF

SumatraPDF is a free, open-source document reader for Windows, known for being extremely small and fast. It opens PDF files instantly, even on older computers, and also reads e-books (EPUB, MOBI), comic books (CBZ, CBR) and other formats such as XPS, DjVu and CHM.

It is a viewer only: you cannot edit or annotate PDFs with it. It is ideal if you just want to read documents quickly without a heavy program. A portable version runs without installation.
