About PDF24 Creator

PDF24 Creator from Geek Software is a free collection of PDF tools for Windows, often rated the best free PDF editor. It covers the everyday tasks most people would otherwise need Adobe Acrobat for: merging and splitting PDFs, compressing them, converting to and from Word, Excel and images, adding text and annotations, signing, password protection and OCR for scanned documents.

It is free for personal and commercial use, needs no account, has no trial limits and processes your files locally on your computer. The same tools are also available online at pdf24.org for other systems.
