HTML Component Library from delphihtmlcomponents.com (by Alexander Sviridenkov) is a cross-platform, 100% native HTML rendering library for Delphi and Lazarus that brings all the power of HTML and CSS into desktop and mobile Delphi applications. This page covers the Site license.

Unlike other "HTML-like" libraries, it is based on a powerful HTML/CSS rendering core with full support of HTML 4.1 and CSS 3 (some HTML 5 tags are also supported): tables, shadows, transitions, animations, SVG images, transforms and much more. There are no DLLs, no ActiveX and no third-party dependencies – only pure native Delphi code.

The library supports Delphi versions from Delphi 5 up to current releases; for FMX it supports Win32/64, macOS, Android, iOS and Linux. Unicode, including right-to-left text, is supported. The developer states it is used by thousands of developers in 50 countries, and even by the Delphi IDE itself (from version 11.2).
