Cecil is a Windows application that automates and optimizes the tasks you frequently do on your computer.
A task ? or command to Cecil, this is where the cute little name came from, Command Centered Intelligent Launcher ? is an abstraction of about anything people use their computers for. It can be as simple as opening a file or web address, or as complex as creating a website and delivering it to your client. Cecil optimizes the process by keeping everything organized in a slim, yet powerfull menu; and automates repetitive operations by means of SUITE launching and on the fly SCRIPTING.
