TorniaiSansOsfUT Light was the lightest weight of the old-style figures version of Torniai Sans, sold by Unifonts (also known as Unitype), a small font vendor run by Victor de Castro from Monroe, New York.
This page covers the Light style for Windows (PC), sold as a single font. Light weights shine in large, airy settings, and old-style figures add an elegant touch there: years on a book cover, chapter numbers, dates on invitations or event programmes read gracefully instead of standing stiffly at capital height.
The Osf family included Light, Regular, Bold and Black with italics, plus family packs and Mac editions; the standard TorniaiSansUT family offered the same letters with lining figures.
Unifonts' website is no longer online, so this font can no longer be licensed. This page is kept as a historical record.
