About TorniaiSansOsfUT Typeface Bold PC (archived)

TorniaiSansOsfUT Bold was the bold weight of the old-style figures version of Torniai Sans, sold by Unifonts (also known as Unitype), a small font vendor run by Victor de Castro from Monroe, New York.

This page covers the Bold style for Windows (PC), sold as a single font. In a book or report set with old-style figures, the bold weight keeps the numbering style consistent in chapter headings, section numbers and highlighted dates, so a bold “Chapter 12” matches the figures in the text below it.

The Osf family included Light, Regular, Bold and Black with italics, plus family packs and Mac editions; TorniaiSansUT Bold offered lining figures.

Unifonts' website is no longer online, so this font can no longer be licensed. This page is kept as a historical record.
