Timer Source Code

Delphi 4 source code for a timing program. Created to help when taking on-line tests. Kind of like an electronic alarm clock. Timer has a progress bar and digital display that shows as the minutes/seconds count down. When the time is up, a WAV file called FINISH.WAV is played and a splash screen is displayed.
