ThunderSoft Photo Gallery Creator – sold in earlier versions as ThunderSoft Flash Gallery Creator – is a Windows program for building interactive photo galleries for websites, presentations and personal albums, with no HTML or Flash knowledge required.
How it works. You start from one of the professionally designed templates, customise its background and control buttons, add your photos with a description for each one, and choose from more than 70 transition effects. Background music can play while visitors browse the gallery.
Output options. Galleries can be exported in many formats: HTML for websites, MP4, AVI, WMV, MKV, MOV, MPG and FLV video files, a stand-alone EXE, a screensaver, or the original Flash (SWF) format. Finished galleries can be saved to disk, burned to CD or published online. The program is suitable for both personal and business galleries.
Why the new name. The product began as a Flash gallery maker. After Flash was retired, ThunderSoft renamed it Photo Gallery Creator, reflecting its HTML and video output. The latest version is 4.7.0.0, updated in March 2026, available as a trial.
