This program is discontinued. PocketCAD PRO 4.0 was a mobile CAD program from Arc Second, Inc., released in 2001 for Windows CE devices such as Pocket PCs and handheld PCs. It let architects, engineers and contractors create, view, edit and mark up design drawings at the job site instead of carrying paper blueprints. This listing is the edition for MicroStation (DGN) drawings.
Pocket PC and Windows CE devices are long gone, and licenses for PocketCAD can no longer be bought. It does not run on today's Windows PCs, Android or iOS devices.
