NeoDownloader is a Windows tool from Neowise Software for downloading many files from a website in one go – mainly pictures, but also audio, video and other files. Instead of saving files one by one, you give it the address of a page or a whole site and it scans the links and downloads everything that matches your settings.
How it works. Drag a link from your browser onto the small Drop Basket, and NeoDownloader explores the page, follows links as deep as you allow and downloads the files using several connections at once. Filters let you keep only the file types and sizes you want, and saved projects store the settings for each site so you can repeat a download later. A built-in image viewer and media player show the results immediately, even as a slide show, and you can set any picture as your Windows wallpaper.
Editions. The full version can be tried free for 30 days. A free Lite edition is also available, limited to JPEG pictures and a smaller number of connections. The current version is 4.2 and runs on Windows XP up to Windows 11.
