PTC is a simple to use Clock In / Clock Out system to manage hours and projects. Having the need to track hours for clients and the projects assigned we developed PTC (Personal Time Clock) as a way to manage time and create billing statements. Using a simple interface you setup your clients, billing rate, terms and projects and then just Clock In to start and Clock Out to end an activity. PTC prints out a statement of work so you have a detailed account of the work performed and when it was done. It will also allow you to print out a quick invoice or export the data in CSV format so you can use it with other applications such as a spreadsheet or accounting package. PTC will manage hours for several clients at one time so as you switch from one project to another you can track each as needed.
