About Aiseesoft Skype Recorder (discontinued)

This program is discontinued. Aiseesoft Skype Recorder recorded Skype voice and video calls on Windows. Microsoft retired Skype on 5 May 2025, so there are no Skype calls left for it to record.

Aiseesoft still makes other recording software, such as its Screen Recorder, which can capture audio and video from any calling app on your computer.

What to use instead

  • Former Skype users can move to Microsoft Teams Free by signing in with their Skype account; contacts and chats are carried over.
  • If you need to record calls, use a general screen and audio recorder, and always tell the other people on the call that you are recording.
